New Puppy Adoption and Price Info.

WE CAN NO LONGER SHIP PUPPIES, THE AIRLINES HAVE STOPPED TAKING LIVE ANIMALS FOR TRANSPORT.  We WILL work with ground and air puppy nanny services.

ALL POTENTIAL NEW PUPPY PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO FILL  OUT A PUPPY APPLICATION.

Males are $1500-$2000 & females are $2500-$3000

Our Puppies sold with limited Registration. If you want one for breeding or show that will be a discussion we have to have. I rarely give full registration and there is a $500 extra fee.

Purchasing a puppy- Deposit and purchasing information:
PUPPIES WILL NOT BE “HELD” WITHOUT A DOWN PAYMENT!  Down payments are $500 and non-refundable.  Balance is due before puppy goes to their new home.

Puppies are chosen by the new parents, in the order the deposits are received.
For instance: If you are the first deposit. You get the first pick and so on, down the line.
The only thing we ask when sending a deposit is that you specify a male or female and color, if applicable. If you make a deposit and don’t find the perfect pup for you in the current litter(s) you CAN apply it to a different litter.  We do have a waiting list most of the time so those people will be contacted when a new litter is born. Once a new litter is born, puppies will be saved in the order the down payments are made.

If you would like to be on a waiting list please fill out the puppy application with the sex and color(s) you prefer.

Puppies can be registered by AKC by new owners and appropriate paper work will be provided at the time the puppy is delivered.  We ask that you use “Muddy Creek” at the start of their registered names to show they were born here.  You can use any “call name” you choose for your baby of course.

Our babies are sold as pets with limited registration unless we have made prior arrangements.  We charge more for AKC full registration papers with breeding rights.  You only need these papers for showing and/or breeding.

We will not knowingly sell our puppies to a puppy mill or indiscriminate breeder.

We do not accept checks. We gladly accept major credit cards via PayPal or Cash for deposits and final payments. We also accept Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders or cash
We are more than happy to hold a puppy exclusively for an adoptive family. Once a puppy has been selected and a deposit paid, the deposit can be transferred to another puppy if their first choice should become unavailable due to health but it cannot be refunded if the purchaser should later change their mind about the puppy. The full amount of the deposit will be applied toward the purchase price of the puppy. The deposit will be forfeited if the final balance due on the puppy is not received by the date specified in the purchasing contract. Muddy Creek Poodles then has the right to place the puppy back up for adoption.
We will let you know when the puppy is ready to go to its new home. The puppy’s new family is expected to pick up their puppy no later than 7 days after that specified date. It is the responsibility of the new family to make advance provisions to assure their puppy is picked up within that time frame.
Any veterinarian expenses incurred after the 7th day for additional immunizations or other medical issues will be added in addition to boarding fees.
At Muddy Creek Poodles we realize that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances some families can no longer keep their dog. In this instance we are here to help. We NEVER want any of the dogs we breed going into a shelter! We will always take back any dog that we sell or help the owners find a new home.
We would love for our new “Poodle Families” to keep in touch. We love to get emails and photos of your puppy as he/she grows and love stories about them.
